TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:
Participants should arrive in Ecuador at least 3 days before the retreat. We will meet in Quito, or Otavalo or Ayampe depending if you go for our full package or if you custom design the trip to accommodate your own needs.
We recommend coming early if possible to begin to acclimate to the altitude.
