I am hoping to offer this experience as an opportunity to connect with the amazing medicinal properties of Cacao and in a positive way and empower the participants with music and holistic healing tools to support in maintaining our emotional/spiritual and physical wellness.

This is the first of 4 sessions that will run over the month of December, once a week for 4 weeks. Each workshop will be 2 hours and focus on different components of using music and cacao as a self-care practice. After you experience this first workshop you'll be given the opportunity to join the entire program.

The Cacao Medicine workshop is FREE and it consists of a 2-hour meeting in four parts, via zoom.

Part 1: 30 mins: We will talk about the medicinal properties of Cacao and Music, what are the origins of these ancient practices and how indigenous cultures have been using this plant to invite wellbeing into their daily lives. 

Part 2: 10 mins: A "cooking show style". The recipe preparation of our original Cacao beverage and how it can be used as part of a holistic self-care practice. This part will be prerecorded to maximize the use of time and the quality of the offering.

Part 3: 35 mins: Musica Viva. An inspirational musical share to activate the heart of the participants.

Part 4: 45mins: A virtual sharing circle to give an opportunity to the participants to ask questions, express themselves and also connect with one another, integrating this experience.

Participants will receive a beautifully designed PDF document with the recipe instructions and the lyrics of the songs that I'll share.
